7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible for a second refund.

Digital Product Notice

Because the Menopause Vitality Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are issued as a goodwill gesture under our satisfaction guarantee — not as a statutory right in all jurisdictions. However, if you are located in a region where consumer protection law grants you additional rights (such as the EU or UK), those rights are not affected by this policy.
